For the last five years, she has been a trainer in the lifelong learning program of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki on the topic "In-depth study of asset valuation" and in the online e-learning program of the National University of Athens on the topic "Real Estate Appraiser". Ms. Sofia Dede, economist, will focus on "bad loans", offering solutions and advice for managing these challenges. Ms. Dede is an economist and an accredited mediator of the Ministry of Justice, specializing in the resolution of financial disputes.

She has 25 years of banking experience in multiple positions of responsibility. She has specialized in Land Mediation and is registered in the Special Register of Land Mediators of the Ministry of Justice. Since 2016, he has been managing overdue claims of individuals and businesses with the aim of negotiating between the borrower and a banking institution or a company managing claims from loans and credits to achieve a mutually beneficial solution. In addition, Mr. Konstantinos Karoulis, General Manager of RE/MAX Metron, will present a comprehensive picture of the real estate market in Halkidiki, analyzing current trends and forecasts for the future.
