An evening celebrating entrepreneurship, extroversion and networking was the Entrepreneurship Awards 2024, the event organized by the Chamber of Halkidiki for the fourth consecutive year. Ten "diamond" businesses of Halkidiki were awarded, not for their financial results, but for sustainable development, for supporting the local chain, extroversion, utilization of technologies, their social face.

The awarded companies are: OLIVELLAS Periapton / Periapton Marina Fish Restaurant Potidaia Winery "I Marigoula" Cavo Delea Villas & Suites Viraggas Hotel in Halkidiki Tserkezidis Recycle Karlas Art-World Tirovouzis Interior Meloida

Many people and officials were honored with their presence, among them Elena Sokou from the Prime Minister's office, MPs Dimitris Kouvelas, Thessaloniki, Ioannis Giorgos and Apostolos Panas, Halkidiki, Konstantinos Befas, from the Region of Central Macedonia, the Mayor of Paionia Konstantinos Sionidis, the Mayors of Halkidiki Giorgos Emmanouil, Polygyrou, Manolis Karras, Nea Propontidas, Stelios Valianos, Aristoteli, while the Municipality of Sithonia was represented by Deputy Mayor of Finance Olga Patsourakou.

Also present were Grigoris Tassios, President of the Halkidiki Tourist Organization and President of the Halkidiki Hotel Association, George Pasalis, President of ANETHA, the President of the Serres Chamber Thanasis Malliaras and of course many presidents and members of professional associations of Halkidiki, businessmen and friends of the Chamber. From the Chamber of Halkidiki present were Dimitris Krimnianiotis, 2nd Vice President, Yiannis Arzoumanidis, Korina Zolla, Maria Karavana, Katerina Bouzia, Kleanthis Spanos, Christos Papagiannis, Panagiotis Chliapas, Ritsa Hatjistamatiou.

The results of the awarded companies emerged after the comparative evaluation of the nominations, which was undertaken by a competent interdisciplinary and interuniversity committee, from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the University of Macedonia and the International University of Greece.
